City and Guilds 2330

The C&G2330 was introduced as a replacement qualification for the somewhat ill fated C&G2351, a very much scaled down qualification that was quickly rejected by industry. The 2330 was designed to sit alongside the NVQ Level 3 (C&G2356) as the underpinning knowledge and is also known as the technical certificate. It was originally due to end in 2011 but a last minute Governmental reprieve recognised the quality and necessity of such a qualification and reinstated it. The main assessment for the qualification remains multi choice exams backed up by practical assignments.
